Region well-known for the wine and for the thermal sources, it is situated in the western Slovakia. It confines in the west part with Czech republic and in the south part with Hungary. The metropoli of the region is Trnava with 73.000 inhabitants. The Trnava region has 7 provinces: Trnava, Dunajska Streda, Galanta, Hlohovec, Piestany, Senica and Skalica.
